These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Millennials Fashion LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase & Delivery

• Gift Cards can be purchased online at www.themillennialqueen.com
• Digital Gift Cards will be delivered via email to the purchaser's email address provided at checkout.
• Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours.

3. Redemption

• Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at www.themillennialqueen.com.
• To redeem, enter the unique Gift Card code at checkout.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards must be redeemed in full; partial use is allowed, and the remaining balance will stay on the card until fully used or expired.

4. Value & Balance

• Gift Cards are available in fixed denominations.
• Gift Card values include VAT where applicable.
• You can check your remaining balance by contacting [support email].

5. Expiry

• Gift Cards do not have an expiration date, unless otherwise stated.

6. Security & Liability

• Gift Card codes are unique and must be kept secure.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced, except at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for Gift Cards sent to the wrong email address due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser.

7. Refunds & Returns

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Any changes will not affect Gift Cards already issued.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
