Shipping policy
Please allow 2–3 working days for me to get your pieces ready and dropped off with Royal Mail. Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
I will be shipping your order from the UK and I use the following Royal Mail services, you can select the relevant one at check-out but please allow time for the 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48® / Tracked 48® with Signature
- Royal Mail Tracked 24® / Tracked 24® with Signature
📦 UK Shipping
- Royal Mail Tracked 48®: Usually arrives 2–3 working days after I send it.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24®: Usually arrives 1–2 working days after I send it.
🌍 Europe Shipping
- Orders normally take 3–7 working days to arrive after dispatch.
- Customs checks can sometimes add a little extra time.
- Please note: you’re responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees that your country may charge.
🌎 International Shipping
- Orders normally take 7–14 working days to arrive after dispatch.
- Customs processing can sometimes add extra time.
- Please make sure to check your country’s customs rules and potential charges before ordering as you will be responsible for paying any additional charges.
💡 A Few Things to Remember
- Delivery times are estimates (Royal Mail does their best, but delays can happen).
- MQ isn’t responsible for postal delays or customs holdups.
- If a package comes back to me because customs charges weren’t paid, I’ll need to deduct return shipping costs from your refund.
